Shipping policy

At Seeds Kart, we aim to deliver your orders quickly, safely, and in the best condition. This Shipping & Delivery Policy outlines our shipping methods, timelines, charges, and conditions.

1. Order Processing

  • All confirmed orders are processed within 24–48 working hours (excluding Sundays and public holidays).

  • You will receive an order confirmation email/SMS after placing your order, and a shipping confirmation with tracking details once the order has been dispatched.

  • During high-demand seasons (festivals, sales, or peak gardening months), processing times may be slightly extended.

2. Shipping Methods & Partners

  • We partner with trusted courier services such as Delhivery, Bluedart, DTDC, and India Post to ensure safe and timely delivery across India.

  • Seeds are packed in moisture-resistant, eco-friendly packaging to preserve freshness during transit.

3. Delivery Timelines

  • Metro Cities: 3–5 business days.

  • Tier-2 & Tier-3 Cities: 5–7 business days.

  • Remote / Rural Areas: 7–10 business days (delivery times may vary based on courier coverage).

⚠️ Please note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to courier issues, weather, or unforeseen circumstances. Seeds Kart will not be liable for such delays but will assist you in tracking your order.

4. Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping: On all prepaid orders above ₹349.

  • Standard Shipping Fee: A nominal charge of ₹49–₹79 applies for orders below the free shipping threshold (exact fee shown at checkout).

  • Bulk/wholesale orders may incur additional shipping charges depending on weight and delivery location.

5. Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • COD is available for most pin codes in India, subject to courier serviceability.

  • COD orders may include an additional handling fee (₹30–₹50) displayed at checkout.

6. Order Tracking

  • Once shipped, customers will receive an SMS/Email with a tracking ID.

  • Orders can be tracked directly through our website’s “Track Order” page or the courier partner’s portal.

7. International Shipping

  • Currently, Seeds Kart does not offer international shipping. We deliver only within India.

8. Delivery Issues

  • If your package is marked as delivered but not received, please report it to us within 48 hours.

  • In case of damaged, missing, or tampered parcels, contact us immediately with photos/videos for resolution.

9. Bulk Orders / Special Delivery

  • Large volume orders may require additional processing time.

  • For wholesale/bulk shipping queries, customers can contact us for customized solutions.
